    Beautiful restaurant just above the beach. The margaritas were the best we had anywhere And we're available with tamarind, passionfruit, mango or strawberry. The guacamole was large and excellent Especially when mixed with their pico de gallo and homemade hot sauce.
    The shrimp Debbie we're outstanding - Super large and stuffed with ham and cheese and wrapped in bacon.

    This restaurant is within the Linda Mar resort way, way down at the  bottom by the beach. We've been here before because the beach is clean, especially after a heavy rain, and doesn't have the dirty river run-off near its shore. Today we brought my husband's neice, her boyfriend, and her son here for a safe place to swim. The restaurant service was less than sub-par. We practically had to beg to be served and our server kept forgetting to bring items.. over and over. This can be overlooked if a restaurant is busy but it was dead there and it's low season. I guess they didn't want our money. Never again.

    La Playita is located on the ocean level of the Lindomar Resort in Conchas China's.
    The setting is awesome, ocean
    close at hand, beautiful sunsets and excellent staff and
    food. The menu is complete starting with breakfast at 8am and ending with wonderful dinner at 10pm. My favorites are breakfast buffet on Saturday and Sundays and Fajita's or Shrimp Debbie for dinner. Happy hours 12-1 and 5-6pm are awesome.
    See you there, can't afford to miss this gem!

    I really need to start checking yelp in Mexico before I choose anything! Great View and that's about it. Just spent $135 dollars on dinner that sucked and took 1hr and 15min to come out. People who sat after us for over 20min got their food first. Server was in a bad mood.. everything took way longer that it should have, she was clearly pissed off and did not want to work this day. Sucks for us for having her as a waitress and it was also our first visit. Can't say anything positive about this location. Food was just ok. Had to Walk next door to use the washroom.... They had live music is that a plus?

    Best Buffet atmosphere.
    Think about this oceanfront buffet every week! Never miss going 1 or 2 times per trip. Made to order omelets, waffles and pancakes; hand made fresh tortillas; fresh fruit and juices; pan dulce; tamales; chilaquiles;....going back this Sat AND Sunday!
